Bush/Cheney "dithered for 8 yrs". President Obama only took 2 1/2 yrs to "git 'er done.
That's exactly what I've been saying and I'm calling it. Obama will win in 2012... this will put him over the top.
i do think that this will give president obama the edge. he's proven that he is a man that get things done. add another to the list of what pesident obama has accomplished.
I've seen some comments from right-wing figures that the operation against bin Laden was all about the President's re-election. And, I have to say, it did occur to me that bin Laden's death would have made a terrific October Surprise; but I also realize that it's May 2011, not October 2012. And while I'm sure many of the old white guys on the right are often ahead of schedule (ahem), I don't think Obama has that problem.

Heh, I don't know how I feel about the fact that they obviously did not plan for it to have ever happened. They didn't even have a can of red spraypaint tossed in the garage somewhere.

One is reminded of the Somali pirate incident shortly after Obama took office when he approved the plugging of hostage-takers and the freeing of Captain Phillips. This is contrasted to Bush's first military action where he had to apologize to China for invading their airspace in order to get the aircrew back.

this a great day for all of americans and i am so happy for all the people who lost someone on 911 that they and america has gotten justice. loved the scened of all kinds of americans coming 2 the streets of ny washington pennsylvania. also loved that it was broadcasted during a phillies and met game and everyone was chanting usa and hugging.; you remember that in 2011 when after this horrible thing happened that killed 3000 people and left all there loved ones alone. but the american people didnt fold did we? we all stood together saying we were going to be united and not let this destroy us. we were hanging flags everywhere. and we as americans everyone of us vowed we would bring to justice whoever did this to our country. does anyone on this page recall that 10yrs ago
bin laden is now fish bait. lets get our problems fixed. let the unions alone and give them part of the big profits that they are helping to produce. tas the rich so they can help the needy and the elderly. stop taxing the social security of the working seniors. REAGAN only did what he was told. get rid of the t-baggers.
