Teabagger ID Laws Blaspheme the Founders
Voter fraud!
Libs and seniors and students and teachers and cops and firefighters and nurses and carpenters and unions and minorities and baracks and obamas stealing elections.
And, those sons o’ bitchin’ elites living in the ivory towers of Jew York City and San Fran Sicko. Truckless, gunless, godless pedestrians sashaying around town, not pollutin’, not shootin’ and not prayin’. No truck license, no gun license, no church membership – no vote!
In Teabag ‘merica we got us a problem. The majority is stealing elections. By virtue of the fact that they are winning them by a plurality of the vote. Rat finks. Something must be done to stop all of this democracy!

You should be doing a story about Beren Academy in Texas, a school being discriminated against because it is Jewish. Shame on the TAPPS.
http://earlywarn.blogspot.com/2012/02/why-are-gas-prices-high.html
So, gas prices are high because oil prices are high. Why is that?

So, speculators can irrationally affect the price at the pump.

There is precedent for removing an elected official in part due to manipulated energy prices.
Is $5.00 a gallon gas possible by November? Pushed by friends of Romney on Wall Street, I'll imagine it is nearly certain. People vote their pocketbook, not the promise of the economy. This is how Romney will be competitive against Obama in the November elections. Blame Obama for $5.00 gas!
Wow ~ RIP ~ Andrew Breitbart died of 'natural causes' at 43?
Hmmm. ABC News has, in its online article on this, the statement "Big Government broke the ACORN child sex trafficking scandal". Love the way they just copy the press releases...
The Minister of Propaganda has died! His troll minions shall weep his passing. Who will misinform them now? There is a vacuum for the vacous.
Bye Burpfart (so named because nothing but obnoxious nosies came out of his mouth) You will not be missed. I am not surprised after seeing his apoplectic fit at Occupy demonstrators at CPAC it was only a matter of time he'd burst.
Have you been tracking the librotraficante movement, which is establishing underground libraries featuring books banned in the Arizona schools?
Nope. Sounds interesting! Thanks!
Wow. I read and wrote a paper on Bless Me, Ultima by Anaya in a college elective class, a Hispanic boy's coming of age story who happens to question the hell out of religion—er, apply critical thinking to—among other things, like observations of the effects of war on his brothers and their drift (sorry, Maddow's book title is in my mind) from familial and cultural tradition, challenges of assimilation into American society to older generations, and mystically speaking, the guiding light of the curandera who resided with his family.
Can't overstate the value and importance of this book, it's so great. Interesting how this move is made in light of the facts that Hispanics will be the majority by 2050. Would hate to see these people lose complete touch with a culture that has so much to offer in terms of intertwining the 'inner' and 'outer' as inseparable. I loved this class, and I loved this book. For those who now cannot read it in K-12, and who don't go to college, I hope they find access another way. This is one of the most insightful, easily read books that incorporates so many great themes.

If we have gasoline to export, we have enough to lower prices. Supply and demand will not work when the supply is artificially limited. Many leases for exploration sit idle. If big oil does not want to drill on currently held leases, there would seem to be a huge investment opportunity for the "job creators'. I imagine this is somewhat simplistic. Just wondering.
We do not produce anywhere near the amount we use. As to exporting oil A) do you want a refinary in your backyard? B) since shipping oil costs money I feel sure they keep plenty of home grown oil here.
One thing I remember from visiting California was how the oil platform workers talked about those rigs just keeping a pressure head on the wells until the price of oil gets to a hundred bucks a barrel. After all these domestic wells are pure profit for the oil companies and they want the most they can get.
It sounds as if Joe Arpaio along with the Associated Press are doing something like Fox does.
The Six Steps that Fox employs to create national controversies:
STEP 1: Conservative activists introduce the lie.
STEP 2: Fox News devotes massive coverage to the story.
STEP 3. Fox attacks other outlets for ignoring the controversy.
STEP 4: Mainstream outlets begin reporting on the story.
STEP 5: Media critics, pundits praise Fox News's coverage.
STEP 6: The story falls apart once the damage has been done.
For those of us who live in the same state as Arpaio - his laughable comments about 'took deliberate steps to avoid the appearance that his investigation is politically motivated. Instead of using taxpayer money, the sheriff farmed it out to lawyers and retired police officers who are volunteers in a posse that examines cold cases.' Is so much hot air - just like Arpaio. As for his not needing help to get reelected, well, actually he does, the tide isn't all that 'into' him.
Arpaio is as much an embarrassment to Maricopa County, as Russel Pearce is to Arizona.
Hey looks like some of the big money in Michigan is trying to "privatize" some prisons!
I read the article here, but there is more info if you're interested.

(I hope it posts.)
Look for more laws and arrests then. For profit prisons lobby hard to get legislation that imprisons more people so they can make more profits.
I guess Joe Arpario hasn't heard about that part of the Constitution that talks about 'Full Faith & Credit .."
Please look into and take up the cause of garnishment of federal benefits for those who are disabled.......It is devastating to those of us who are totally and permanently disabled and cannot work to have our disability benefits garnished.......currently they can take up to 65% of your disability by garnishment.........apparently when the government goes to electronic payments in March, 2013, they can then garnish up to 100% of a persons disability check......we need help now or face orellian consequences. Thanks Rachael...love the show
