Dear Rachel,
We are your consistent and enthusiastic viewers as well as of Ed and Rev. Al. We mention this so you will know that we have listened to all the responses about Rush Limbaugh’s comments on Sandra Fluke.
We have been amazed at the complete lack of balance. Unless one believes that women use contraception only during masturbation, there must be a man involved. Consequently, if a woman gets contraception as part of her health care and she uses it for contraception isn’t there also a male partner who benefits? I have heard no one comment on this. Should women pay for contraception and their male partners be excused? Sounds like more ill informed Republican “woman bashing”.
Dawn Tilman and William T. Elston
You know what's even weirder about it? If that man and woman were married the man could also gain access to the contraception and pay for it out of his insurance. So in other words: yay more rights for everyone! But of course you and I were under the naive impression that this was about health care and freedom ;-)

Former governor of Hawai`i and current Senate candidate Linda Lingle is a pro-choice female Republican and an anti-gay rights lesbian Republican. She'd make an excellent guest. You should try and book her as a guest. Let us know how that goes. :)
