Virginia license plate made of win

This proposed Virginia license plate is late-arriving for our challenge, and I think it might violate the state's rule against license plates about ladyparts (or manparts), or maybe that was just my first read. Whatever, this plate is so good that I'm posting it anyway. Holly Bahn of New Mexico, you win this post.
