Is it too late to change the name of the Affordable Care Act to the Live Long and Prosper Act?

Amen and Amen. Let's do it!!! I don't know how or who but, we oughta jump at this opportunity.
Marvelous!
Nichelle, Mr. President, Sir, I love you guys!
"The needs of the many outweigh the needs of the few. Or the one."
Or the one%
Beam up my car Ann. The one that matches my blue suit.
A photo worth framing...Trekkers Unite.
My political instincts are suspect, but if ACA is overturned and has to be rewritten/re-imagined, I would lobby for the Live Long and Prosper Act with great enthusiasm.
And where's the Priceline Negotiator in all this? Couldn't he get a us a better deal on health care?
President Obama did not spare any opportunity to please the Israeli lobby to offset GOP endeavors.
No wonder Jewish voters under the influence of orgs like AIPAC, ADL, Heritage Foundation etc are with him.
However Jewish organizations like Jewish Voice for Peace, JStreet, Rabbis of N.America for Peace who represent the real sentiments of American Jews are still wary. Watching how far he would go to pamper the Zionist extreme controlling Tel Aviv.
Not exactly on topic... The rest of us are discussing Star Trek and Health Care.
Less off-topic than you might think. The hand gesture is the one used by the Jewish Priesthood (kohanim) for the priestly blessing. Since the ability to do that is hereditary (some can, some can't) it may have played a role in identifying the sons of Aaron.
Not saying that either of the two in the picture are descended from the priests of Israel, mind, but there you are.
I can do the kohanim sign. It appears on some of the gravestones of members of my father's side of the family.
Oh, wow. Okay, I stand corrected. Thanks!
still one gorgeous lady. We need an ad campaign that has Nichelle, Lynda Carter, any other strong women figures we can find, them saying "We can make our own decisions about ourselves and we *will* come November" and blast the states with it
What a great idea!!
Uhuru means "freedom" in Swahili. Gene Roddenberry gave Ms. Nichols' character the name Uhura.
Roddenberry was kind of an awesome guy. I love his vision for our future.
That photo makes my day! Awesome.

The Uhura character was a great role model for us girls growing up in the 60's. So glad to see Ms. Nichols is doing well. And she looks gorgeous! What a cool lady!
Love this! I wanted to be Lt. Uhura back in the day!
The needs of the Many outweigh the needs of the few or the 1%. everyone should put this in their micro bio
That is definitely the BEST new (and maybe old, too) thing in the world today.
It seems that every few months this president says or does something so cool that it endears him to his followers and makes Independents wonder how they could ever vote for Romney.
I love his grandfather's smile. It's as corny as Kansas in August.
I love this!
