200,000 assaults. That's a really big number. It might be more helpful if you would put in terms that might mean something, like number of assaults per 10,000 people per year, which would be more like one to two women per 10,000 people per year.

What difference does it make how many victims per 10,000 people? Is there a ratio of victims to people that makes sexual assault okay with you?
