I think we can blame the ancient Iraq people for inventing the 12 hour clock and measuring time. They apparently liked base 12 counting systems and were quite advanced in trigonometry. Europe is in a double dip recession by listening to all these airheads that don’t know crap on how to run an economy, look to be destructive to our interests and they brag they are the businessmen of the world, except they are outright crooks, scam artists and corrupt.
