I am a strong supporter of the argument that gay and lesbian people should have the same rights as all other Americans. My argument against It's Elementary was not against the film itself but with its intended audience. I don't believe that sexual concepts – either homosexual or heterosexual - should be introduced in our schools to first, second and third graders. I would endorse It's Elementary for adults, but most Americans would agree it should not be shown to little kids.

So he's a strong supporter of same sex marriage? Lesbian and gay adoption? He wants DOMA repealed? That's great! Although that would seem to be news since he's Mitt's finance co-chair.
Typical old fart who thinks because he has money he can tell every one else what to think. Thank goodness for social media, birth control, and the Bill of Rights. Sooner than later these types will be bred out or their offspring (thru social media) will be enlightened and they will have to deal with the fact they "can't stop the signal". the "signal" goes everywhere and their time of control is OVER. Vandersloot...just another A- h))l.
Judging by his response, he is trying to be diplomatic and has accepted that his money won't get him out of everything. Money doesn't make you untouchable, but it can pay someone else to come up with a statement.
They are worried that gays and lesbians will recruiting our young children, so they try the fear factor. I have a neighbor who told me this and he uses his church to spread his hate. They do not want to have the same rights as them.
Great story about this VanderSloot fellow. You should do more stories about who Romney pals with such as Robert Bork advising him on justice issues per the NYT in a recent article.
