Romney campaign spokesman Ryan Williams tweeted the above photo today. He wrote: "Spotted outside @JoeBiden's event in Keene, NH. @CoryBooker signs denouncing @BarackObama's nauseating attacks."
Buzzfeed reports that the Romney campaign and the local New Hampshire Republican party organized the gathering to "stand with Cory" at an event in Keene State College, featuring Vice President Joe Biden. From Buzzfeed:
"Vice President Joe Biden needs to face the fact his dishonest attacks on free enterprise have backfired and been discredited by his fellow Democrats," said Romney spokesman Ryan Williams. "And there is no better reminder for the Vice President than seeing Cory Booker's face denouncing his "nauseating" attacks outside his own event."
For context, Buzzfeed provides the following:
Meanwhile, NBC's Carrie Dann reports that 450 people turned out for the Vice President's event.

More signs than protesters. Can you spell "manufactured?"
Signs are cheaper than paying people to stand around looking goofy.
Looks like a Romney rally, in terms of population.
If it's worth noting, most assuredly as much as this "story", I find Mitt Rmoney nauseating. Love the context shot.
Love it when a controlled, manufactured "photo op" protest can be so easily exposed by simply moving back 50 feet and snapping another photo.
Now to be fair, the context shot does show 5 people for the 5 signs. Unfortunately one had to take the close-up shot for the tweet. I guess the other one was just late, or smart enough to step out of the frame.
But the proves that New Hampshire is pretty this time of year.
Radical, Right-Wing Republicans are pushing cuts to legitimate spending to cover up corrupt and criminal spending.
Discuss.
Too busy earning a living to protest I guess.
think about this, the main reason why Mitt Romney wanted GM to fail and go into bankruptcy was to get the Federal Goverment to pick up the pension plan of the unions while Bain bought out the rest of the company, that way when the plants reopen the unions contacts for pay and benefits would no long be there, the new managers could pay less and offer no real benefits, Mitt and his friends were mad when the goverment step in with the money to keep the plants open,
I really can't figure this whole "Stand with Cory" thing out. Who are they targeting? Fans of Cory Booker are already aware of his walk-back of the comment and would never support Mitt/ the GOP anyway. Anyone who doesn't know who he is wouldn't care what he said, and Repubs are already for Mitt. For an attack to be effective, it has to have a target to hit.
For uninformed persuadable independents, a black face apparently saying bad things about Obama's campaign. People who won't check the facts or even read more than a tweet.
They will keep doing this sort of thing with every opportunity, to give the vague impression, in the aggregate, that Obama isn't popular and/or that "both sides lie."
keep up the stories about Bain and Mitt time there, even thou Mitt no longer works for Bain his retirement benefits are tied to the profits of Bain, he keeps saying how he wants to get rid of goverment regulations like this one of the Employee Retirement Income Security Act of 1974 were companies have to get the approval of the company retirement plan, or just try to get rid of the department of Labor, and the Pension Benefits Guaranty Corporation which will take over the plan and pay pension benefits through its insurance program.
"Nauseating?" Really, it's consistently astonishing how people like this, wholly submerged in their political party's cesspool of lies and negativity, manage to bob to the surface long enough to protest a bit of toilet paper clinging to someone else's shoe.
The "protesters" look like they are from Labor Ready Temp Workers Service and getting paid $7 an hour imo , just like the stooges romney hires to say really stupid things at town halls ....The one here in iowa a woman stood up and blurted out I WANT FREE BIRTH CONTROL PILLS ... She did not fit in with the rest of the crowed , She too looked like a typical temp worker imo , (and that description is not a slam )
