I just want to make a point about the Newt Gingrich interview that Chris conducted the other day on Hard Ball. Chris has been one of my favorite political experts for a long time, the interview, in my opinion, was weak, Chris had a chance to go head on with Newt, and I know Chris knows how to go head on with a guest. As a result, Chris and one of my all time favorite shows (Hard Ball) has been pushed to the number two spot and Rachel has now been pushed up to the number one spot. I know if Newt was sitting across from Rachel she would have ask the questions that we liberals all want the answers too.
Agreed, David.
I was waiting for Mr. Matthews to give Newt a back rub before it was over.
Chris took a pass on every opportunity to engage him.
what di liberals want the answer to?
For starters, I'd like to ask him what "di" means.
Gloria Borger from CNN was interviewing someone from the Romney campaign. I only caught
the last part of the interview and the surrogate for Romney was asked about
Romney's record in Massachusetts. He said that Romney created over thirty
thousand jobs and that was more than President Obama did in his three plus years
in office. Then he said that we are still losing jobs and it is worse than when
Obama came into office. Both are lies. The bad part is that Gloria didn't call
him on it.
Romney lies about Obama all the time. He says that he is always
apologizing for America. That is a lie! He stands on the stump and states that
the employment was bad when Obama took office and Obama made it worse. That is a
lie. He even has the nerve to say that he takes credit for the auto industry
getting back on track. another lie!
When he is asked about anything, he
doesn't answer the question. Instead he starts telling lies about how Obama did
it wrong. He never answered anything all through the debates. He is like a
cheating spouse that in fear of getting caught will start accusing the mate of
something to throw up a smoke screen to throw them off of the situation at
hand.
While writing this John king was interviewing Rick Perry. He told a lie
and wasn't called on it. It is at the least poor journalism to let the
Republicans lie about things and not being called out about them. Romney does it
every time he gets in front of a microphone. He tell the same lies so many times
that I think people will believe him.
I would say to anyone that hears Mitt
Romney talk to an audience or be in an interview to google what he said. You
will find that most of the time it is not the truth.

Beautiful butterflies have migrated towards Hawaii. following an onslaught of attacks from a well known enemy who plans to wreak havoc and sting American citizens with a deadly venomous poison.. last seen in Massachusetts.
I don't think I understand the infoxify exercise. But I do like reading examples from others - some so crazy funny it makes my head hurt.
Fox takes normal news and inflames it and if there is any way to blame liberals or Obama in particular or associate it with them and their beliefs in a negative way they will.
I'm looking forward to the debates for the general election. When Romney cooks up another whopper, I'm hoping that Obama will start channeling Ronald "There you go again!" Reagan.
The thing I don't understand about the winners is that many of those headlines have nothing to do with the articles... Fox distorts and makes up 'facts' but at least their headlines match what's written beneath them. I guess I thought the headlines were supposed to be at least vaguely believable.
i thought that too actually
RM. Missed a FoxyNation headline for "Egypt Lines Up For Free Election" :
"Egyptian Pyramid Scheme Uncovered....Popular Write-In Candidate Found In De Nile!"
Breaking: Obama votes Muslim Brotherhood Sez Trump
Newt: Ex wife sez jaw disarticulates and swallows the whole thing
Medical Marijuana: Keeping 15 California Parks open inspite of Budget Disaster
Fox: Anchor Baby 'Moses' Votes in Egypt. Never Allowed here says Mitt.
Sigh,
I look at the answers that won and think: "Gee, wish I'd written that!!" Congratulations everyone. Great answers!!
I really don't think the American Public will Elect the vacuous Mitt Romney.
Of course we may have to re-evaluate this after the Walker recall.
Also, we haven't had a debate yet. Personally I think Pres. Obama's ad lib ability is going to blow Romney out of the water. I wouldn't be surprised if Romney left the Debate Hall in tears! Then, he will back out of the remaining debates with 'mysterious maladies', say exczema, or bulimia.
Sadly, in many parts of this nation, there is definitely an "anybody but Obama" sentiment. They'll vote against their interest just for that reason.
I really don't understand why the Democratic party is not giving financial backing to the recall Walker effort. If he succeeds in staying in office, republican governors and legislators will figure they have a mandate to run things their won way.
