San Diego birther attorney Gary Kreep, at left above, continues to lead his prosecutor Garland Peed for a local judgeship. With 4,000 absentee ballots still to count, Kreep is now head by 1,088 votes. Perhaps it's time to consider what Kreep promises voters:
Arrogant judges who overstep their authority are a threat to society. They let criminals go free based on procedural technicalities. Other judges think nothing of overturning ballot measures approved by millions of voters. Some are elected just to push a political agenda.

San Diego: best weather and dumbest (i.e., most Republican) citizenry in California. They'll obviously get the justice they deserve, while providing me yet another reason not to drive too far south on I-5 (as in not south of the LA County line).

He was a Family Law judge in North County (San Diego). (And, he is a creep.)
And he's not very good at family law, either. I was unlucky enough to have him assigned to me as a pro-bono atty in the late 90's, and he earned every penny I didn't have to pay him. He was such a jerk, I even ended up adding him to my bankruptcy, which was caused by non payment of the same child support he was supposed to be helping me to collect! Constitutional law, my butt!

Whenever a politician or judge starts out with that sentence, be afraid, be very afraid! He will do exactly that overstep his "authority"!

Here's another story about California.
US citizen do not harvest fruits and vegetables. Strawberries are harvested by immigrants paid $0.20 per quart. California farms rot without immigrants.
Employers are required to document foreign workers using form I-129 after no citizens apply for work in response to 30 day media advertisement (newspaper).
Immigrants visit up to 3 months looking for work and become undocumented when employers refuse to pay the fee.
"Illegal immigrants" are a fabrication.
Now lets look at changes made by Bush and Clinton.
Clinton guts depression era banking regulation to stimulate the stock market. Bush guts finance laws to stimulate real estate.
Runaway inflation ensues as Bush allows millions of immigrants to flood into the country so he can get reelected. California, Arizona, and Nevada real estate values soar.
Now lets mix banking and immigration with racism.
Police begin stealing cars from immigrants after voters outlaw drivers licenses for immigrant workers that are not documented by the employer.
Immigrants already commit less crime than US citizens, and crime grows worse as police waste their time.
Undocumented immigrants create massive traffic jams as they begin driving under the speed limit to avoid police.
So ... conservatives created Muslim terrorists.
Then Conservative Muslims attack United States on September 11, 2001, and US conservatives sign the Patriot Act into law by October.
Vehicle theft is a minor problem until Republicans use the Patriot Act to declare martial law in 2007, which authorizes racial profiling. Police begin wasting time terrorizing millions of immigrants.
Crime soars as the US becomes the most dangerous country on the planet.
The first sign of impending economic doom begins in 2007 when foreclosures skyrocket as the first wave of immigrants flee the US.
BOOM goes the dynamite. The economy collapses as widespread police intimidation reduces the US population by 1.7 million.
New car sales cease by 2009 as tens of thousands of vehicles stolen by the police are sold by state and local governments after the owners are deported.
Banks fail when millions of immigrants abandon dwellings and cease paying rent in states with the most racist laws.
The Obama administration deports nearly one million more undocumented immigrants before they realize the mistake.
Los Angeles police finally stop stealing cars in 2012.

Mind = blown. To ignore those technicalities would be to overstep their authority. This guy has a lot of experience and no actual intelligence. C'mon California, aren't you kinda embarrassed when my home state (Iowa) is more progressive than yours?
With that kind of bio, it's a shame Kreep wasn't on CRP (CREEP). He just missed by a few years...
Hope those remaining ballots turn out for Peed (funny name or not). Rather him than a true creep.

Well this is all well and good, but Obama was a law attorny as well. he even went on tape in sept 2011 telling us that it was against the law for him to make the illegals legal like he did friday. So he actualy broke the law and knows it, unless he was liying back in 2011. Congress makes the laws not the President, damn just something else that will end up in the courts.

Friday was a policy procedural change not creating a law. What he did was right and just. Unless you believe the sins of the fathers (or mothers) must be visited upon the sons (or daughters).
Actualy Obama said on tape in sept of 2011 that what he did friday was against the law. Im just repeating what Obama said on tape. Now Im sure the lawerys will figure out how to make it legal like they did when they made torture legal. However legal actions may come later, just like they almost came with the waterboarding but I do think they finaly dropped that. In my opion he is just doing this to gain votes from the latinos. He could have done this legaly through congress when the dems had control.
My understanding is that most credible legal professionals -on both sides of the bench- actually get pretty offended when people claim that cases are decided unreasonably based on "technicalities". I've heard and read the phase, "there are no technicalities, just the law" on more than one occasion, from more than one person. By that token, Kreep is essentially promising to flout the law from the bench, and be ruled solely by bias. Which is perhaps unsurprising, since the whole "fake birth certificate" conspiracy theory involves ignoring at least one highly relevant clause of the Constitution. Still, I feel for the people of San Diego; well, except for the ones who voted for him, who are honestly getting the judge they deserve.
