Remember how Louisiana voted republican right after huricane Katrina? Why did they? Because something for want of a better word is called a "political machine". I'd guess that something on the order of 2/3 of the folks in Louisiana make their livilihoods of the government. Even though it just doesn't sound right, because republicans are in power there now, everyone will vote republican like their incomes dpend on it,,, because it does. Yes, even though you have heard repubs claim to hate big government,,, that is a lie!!!! OMG!!!! I'm thinking that maybe,,, just maybe,, we will hear alot of "No WAY will we ever take that federal money!!!", but somehow their legislatures will just barely permit it....

Seeing as how I will probably pay the "penalty", I expect one of the "fixes" to be yearly increases in said penalty........

I will pretty much bet that the "health care industry" got everything it wanted in the AHCA. I'm also pretty sure big biz also actually likes it,, therefore the repubs are feigning anger to keep their "hater" base happy...

What republicans really hate is having to pay taxes on the monies they steal from the government...
