Krist Novoselic, bassist and co-founder of Nirvana and chairman of FairVote
And here's senior producer Cory Gnazzo with a look at tonight's show:

"A blog went and took our idea after we had it first," Mr. Gnazzo said. This qualifies an an interesting comment because it seems entirely backwards. . in relationship to the usual procedure....
That would make it reverse sop.

A cautionary tale about gerrymandering from the Commonwealth of Kentucky (Yes, the same folks that have inflicted Mitchie & Randy on themselves & the rest of the nation): The Republican controlled state legislature tried to move a very vocal & beloved Democratic state senator's district in cental KY (Senate District 6) to western KY (Senate District 13). The Republican State senator from the 13th district joined with the Democratic State senator from the 6th District in yelling foul. Neither Senator wanted to move & both stated that they wanted to continue to represent the people and concerns of the pre-gerrymandered districts. They both got their wishes in spite of the Republicans maneuvers.
