Rachel's segment Wednesday about national Republicans campaigning on President Obama's seeming so "foreign" reminded me of this picture sent in by viewer James Vitello. It shows a poster on the front of a political office in Palm Coast, Florida, last month. The local Republican Party told me the office belongs to the GOP candidate for a Florida state House seat, Travis Hutson.

I love that someone was so proud of that that they felt the need to copyright the sign.
Very prophetic, it was copyrighted it in 2007, before Obama was even a national force. Or maybe it was done so retroactively, like some other questionable paperwork.
The really sad part is so many people believe this garbage.
The only way this Foreign issue is resolve if we have the Supreme Court and the FBI look into the President Obama's long form birth certificate as well as releasing his high school and college transcripts for good measure, then we could finally put all of it to rest & get all these pesky birthers off his back. Until then, this will always be a distraction.
If Jesus Christ himself descended from Heaven bearing a stone table carved by God that said "he was born in Hawaii you idiots! Enough, before I hand out some smiting!" and read it on Fox News before a trembling Brent Hume, it wouldn't be enough to convince you nuts.
Steve, the long form BC was only debunked by the liberal media and some portions of the public. You and I may believe he was born here but Million and Millions of Americans think otherwise. Let's have SCOTUS decide over this matter just the way they did with Obamacare and all will be put to rest.

Steve, the Fox viewers and Hume would not believe it was Jesus; after all, Jesus was from the Middle East so he wouldn't look like a Republican, didn't speak English so he wouldn't sound like a Republican, only spoke the truth so he didn't act like a Republican, and he cared for all people including the sick and the poor, so he didn't think like a Republican.
They would sooner believe a redneck southern boy just claiming to be Jesus.

Cindy, the birther bullcrap was laid to rest long ago. Sheriff Joe and his clueless followers do not constitute "millions and millions". How can you demand more from Obama, when Romney hasn't even met the normal amount of disclosure? Stop pretending you're being reasonable; we know your posting history, and you're not fooling us.

Cindy, anyone who's followed this idiocy knows that, like most every other devotees of conspiracy theories, there is quite literally nothing you can produce that will satisfy those who adhere to it. Any evidence that seems to debunk the theory is deemed evidence of the vast scale, scope and power of the conspirators and their ability to corrupt even the most incorruptible officials.
These people are no different from 9/11 truthers, anti-vaccine activists, anti-global warming loons, people who don't believe the moon landings happened, and, well, most every Ron Paul supporter. There is no reasoning with them, no evidence they will find dispositive, no means of dissuading them from what they know, just know, "the truth" to be because in every case the conspiracy theory is feeding into some some deeply rooted psychological need or disorder.
And the need or disorder being fed by the birther conspiracy theory is pretty clear.
No sane person actually believes that President Obama was born anyplace other than Hawaii.
The FBI in part, handles the security clearance for all top level officials in the federal government prior to them taking office. For them, the birther issue has been a moot point since for over 4 years.
Than every President should have had to present all records of their Birth and School Records. This is ridiculous, do the "Birthers" think that with the hate the Republican Party has for this man, that Boehner, McConnell, Cantor, Ryan, and all the rest of the Republican officials did not make sure none of this was true. Do they honestly believe that if they thought for one minute he was not a citizen that they would have allowed him to enter the oval office and have access to all that that entails.
He is not Muslim, he is Christian. He was born in Hawaii.

Romney and these Republicans have got to be the most deceiving things around, when they think it is themselves only that made this country great. And if people recall during the Great depression, it was a person like Barrack Obama in the White House who cared about the people. It was the building of places like the Hoover dam, the roads, etc that got people working and the common people working together to make America great. Romney and these Republicans were the dummies jumping off the buildings as they lost everything they had.
So, shelters in the Caymans are there for "foreign investors" to avoid paying taxes - like Mitt Romney! So this new phrase he's now using to describe Obama: "extraordinarily foreign" might more accurately describe Romney!

Mitt's father was born in Mexico. He still tried to run for President but the eligibility issue was to great to overcome. By law he was not eligible. This is all true.

I am not much into prophecies or horoscopes B.S. but I can tell you that voters are starting to get tired of Obama just reminding the American people of the past without articulating what his plans are for the FUTURE ... We all know he brought the United States back from the brink of Total Economic Collapse in 2009 , But time keeps on ticking into the future and so far his FUTURE plans are unknown to most Americans , reason why HIS aproval ratings are starting to resemble Congress !.

Did anyone here ever get a passport? Clearly the President had one or he wouldn't have been able to go abroad as a child. Or when he was a college student.
The State Department is pretty careful about who it gives passports to. They require a certified birth certificate -- of course a master of deception like Barack Obama could have faked one when he was six years old. What a guy.
No one who claims Obama was born in Kenya has explained why. Why would a pregnant girl make a secret trip to Kenya to give birth? Why give your baby the handicap of being born in a third-world country when birth in the US gives the baby American citizenship, which people all over the world want. Especially then. What possible advantage would being born in Kenya give her baby?
Why give birth in Kenya where medical facilities were primitive when you could give birth in a Western hospital? (I was in Kenya in 1998 and even now there's only one hospital in the country that I'd be willing to enter.)
Birthers seem to give no thought to these questions because....oh, I don't know...they just want to portray Ann Dunham and her parents as nutcases because of well...all that blackedy black stuff. Nothing will convince them until the President gives up being black.
