re: Fast and Furious
Is no one here outraged that the US knowingly provided guns to cartels with no way to track them. As in, they just gave them guns to kill whoever? And then covered it up? Looks like another case of IOKIYAD.
Sounds like you've got all the facts, as usual.. Speaking of gun control, oh look another shooting! (Not that there weren't 80,000 others incidents since the Sikh slaughter..). I wonder whom will stand up and say enough shootings? Hmmm.. How about you Shooter?!
That myth has been debunked. This Issa suit is just smoke blowing. And Holder is covered anyway under the law by executive privilege.
Ewwwwww....., the F&F scandal! Boy Mr. Mitty is in high dudgeon here.
Hahahahahah..., let's shoot the dumbest, fattest fish in the barrel again...
Read all about this manufactured nonsense:
- The truth about the Fast and Furious scandal - Fortune Features
- Fast and Furious' Dumb Conspiracy Theory - The Daily Beast
Gee, Shooter, I would be totally outraged by that...if that was ANYTHING like what happened, except in fox 'news' fantasyland. Thankfully, it isnt...guns were not intentionally 'walked', and if AZ's gun laws wernt so lax, we could have grabbed up the whole lot of Fast and Furious perps. Sadly 2nd admendment, NRA fanatics keep weakening the ATF, but you want to gloss over that, right, shutzen mien freuden?
http://www.politico.com/politico44/2012/08/obama-romney-in-dead-heat-in-missouri-poll-finds-131934.html
Obama brings Missouri back into the toss-up category, down a point to Romney 46% to 45%. McCaskill did not perform well in the same poll, down 51% to 40%. Looks like her limbo dance has hurt with Dem voters. She needs to embrace Obama and do so now. It's only one poll, but appears bipartisan.
I have been contributing to McCaskill as the lesser of evils, but the fact is she has been poorly advised to play DINO the last couple of years. Nobody in the Missouri Democratic party seems to have learned a damn thing from Ike Skelton's loss.
That said, McCaskill's opponent is a disaster waiting to happen. She needs help. A lot of help.

Must See. Bill Clinton on debt, medicare, privatization and vouchers, manufacturing, SCOTUS determining winner in 2000, and a great founders of the country argument.
In all, looks like a taste of what is coming in Charlotte later next month. Event was about 2 or 3 weeks ago right before the opening ceremonies of the Olympics and has slipped through the cracks. The full video is 22 mins long, link tosses you in just after half way. If you want to watch it all a guy faints in the beginning.
Welcome home Gabrielle. I reckon if anyone knows about brain damage it would be Texas!
Republicans file frivolous lawsuit?Being in the south I know how much the right wingers love to sue, but this suit ain't gonna fly.
Congrats to Tammy uh, Brigadier General Smith Mam! About time the military understood leadership comes in all flavors.
Syria,Egypt,Iran...Sorry but I think it's time we quit watching foreigners burn our flag and blame us for everything under the sun while we repay them with political and financial support. Humanitarian aide perhaps but even that gets abused by the authorities and has become a rip off by those contracted to do the giving.
See you all at the polls--if they let you in.

* Drought: "The Obama administration announced Monday that it will make up to $170 million in new purchases to assist farmers struggling through the worst drought in years."
Meanwhile Boehner is blaming Obama for not taking personal responsibility for the drought! http://livewire.talkingpointsmemo.com/entries/boehners-office-says-president-avoiding-personal-responsibility-for?ref=fpb
"The Obama administration announced Monday that it will make up to $170 million in new purchases to assist farmers struggling through the worst drought in years."
Are the Republicans in these states still railing against the size of government, or are they going to say "Thank you" to the rest of us whose tax dollars are going to help them out?
BTW - I am in favor of disaster relief. We are - after all - in this together.
Paul Ryan looks like Eddie Munster. just sayin
Seems like these shooters better take notice that the police are no longer showing any mercy for anyone who starts shooting in a public place. There is a good chance that exercising your 2nd Amendment rights in public since Zimmerman gunned down Traylon Martin could end up in death instead of glory.
think that Second Amendment in Bearing Arms should rewritten again that would say no selling of small arms. if you need to buy a hand gun buy at the police station with proper clearing of health & Mental documents from their or your Doctor,
and stop selling weapons in grocery store and for rifles and shot guns at the Hunting store for those who like to hunt deer etc
