Rachel what the Male Republicans including Todd Akin, Mitt Romey and Paul Ryan have not even thought about it that there is nothing worse than an angry woman. They are going to keep stepping on our rights to do what we feel is best for our health, reproductive and other wise and we are going to raise some hell for them in the voting booth in November. Rebublican and Democratic women together are going to join hands and keep them out of the White House. You mark my words. The day a man can have a baby is the day he can voice his opinon on what we choud and shoud not do with our bodies. They are such idiots and their getting on my last nerve!

You are assuming that abortion is a decision made lightly without full knowledge of what it means.
People who think abortion is murder do not seem to care much about a baby once it is born.
The goal should be to have every pregnancy a wanted pregnancy and all mothers and babies are healthy and happy!!!

My COBRA insurance is $1600 a month. My son was diagnosed with diabetes when he was 4. He is now 18 I cant get insurance for him. i cant go on anymore. im going to lose my house. he is now 18 and going to school to be an rn. Wouldn't designating fertilized eggs as human persons require a Federal Vaginal Inspection
for each woman of child-bearing age every month to be sure murders were not being committed? Enforcement of this policy is a duty government cannot avoid. The Vaginal Inspection Corps would be an opportunity to employ large numbers of 18-30 year old minority males who are disproportionately underemployed. So many benefits could flow from a pro-life policy that takes into account the need in our nation to protect life from irresponsible females, to employ young men willing to take the role of hands-on protectors of innocent life, and to use government in its most basic role: securing basic rights.

Rachel, when you talk about "non-forcible" or "non-legitimate" rape, I think it would help to talk about what that means. I.e what constitutes "non-forcible" rape? Essentially Repubs are saying that statutory rape is not coercion and shouldn't have any consideration for the young girl. Gee wonder how many suicides would result? It's like the GOP wants to protect statutory rape and incest.
Time for Romney-Ryan to propose a bold initiative to protect human life from the moment of fertilization, demonstrating that they really mean it when they propose such an amendment to the Constitution. I don't think they need to experience life through the eye's of a woman to begin to comprehend. They just need for it to become governments business what THEY do with THEIR bodies. Imagine the outcry if it really did become law that "every sperm is sacred". Or that, no man would be allowed a vasectomy without the burden and expense of unnecessary medical tests, visits to a psychologist to determine mental capacity to make such a choice, being required to spend a day at a kindergarten to really get a feel for what they are giving up the option to have themselves. The winner of the election for Congress represents all citizens in their district.
The winner of the election for Senate represents all citizens in their State.
The winner of the election for President represents all citizens in the Country.
Each citizen can communicate with and express their personal opinions to their representatives. If your candidate loses, you try your best to convince the winner to see your point.
And you work to get your candidate elected NEXT TIME.
Anyone who suggests that, if their candidate loses, they will try to OVERTHROW the election with violence - as this "judge" is saying - is as UN-AMERICAN as they come.
This, I believe, is the MOST SERIOUS threat to our country we face. There are outside forces that want to destroy our country that we can unite to resist.
