It is obvious that the Romney campaign and the GOP in general are afraid of free elections. The lack of substance in their campaign, the ignoring of their own platform and their ever-changing positions on health care, especially women's health care, voodoo tax policy, budgets that can not possibly balance based on their claims are red flags. The fear mongering about immigrants, LGBT rights, and socialism show a desperate attempt to defocus on the devastation of 8 yrs of their misguided and fraudulent economic policies, the last time they led the country. Sabotaging legislation that would have improved employment and the tax base show their lack of concern about America.
They are running a pathological campaign, and their leader needs help, for which there is none.
I agree wholeheartedly, but the polls show such a close race. Doesn't that scare all you folks out there- more as to what it says about the electorate than what it says about MItt & Ryan?
That sounds A LOT like the Romney campaign is coordinating their strategy with the SuperPACs. Now, correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't that illegal?

There seems to be a general sense of extreme collective paranoia growing in the Middle East, we have our own Right extremists who would also like to spread their own brand of paranoia here in the states. Hopefully cooler heads will prevail to help the situation. Much like here the extreme right is getting desperate so is Al Queda. Hopefully, this will be their last stand. Despite some unusually reasonable sounding Israeli's who state they find the President to be open, easy to work with, supportive, even the most helpful of the presidents one of them has worked with, and neither of these officials wants to attack Iran or take immediate action, preferring to stick with sanctions as there is no sudden emergency, Netanyahu appeared on Meet the Press this weekend, sounding the alarm, denying vehemently his red line now has nothing to do with our politics. He discussed the visible anger directed at our embassies in all the countries and described it as hatred of "people of the US and Isreal by extension". Get it? We are really the hated nation according to Netenayahu and Isreal, through its support of us or association with us is hated too--extended to us. Uh, uh! He said it very fast. I don't like him and don't trust him. When he tried that one out I viewed him as a gangster. Are we going to be dragged into a war, deprived of an effective president by tricks and scare tactics of business associates Mitt Romney, Netenayahu and Adelson? It looks like this could happen and it really turns me off. The guy had no trouble scheming and lying on the start of a Jewish holdiay. I'm afraid of his influence and this constant desperate crying wolf by Israel as if that is the most important issue in the world.

Sharpton noted, TTV plans to conspicuously watch voters at polls, making them feel like the police are driving behind them. Her "epiphany came as a result of the 2008 elections. They target districts with minority representatives, and groups that tend to lean democratic.
"Recently" is the key word here, the suits being timed so close to the election that wrongly purged voters won't have time to make their votes count. And yet ...
Who does she expect to believe that? We should consult local election officials to learn whether groups conducting surveillance of voters at polls is permitted. If it is, we should go to the polls and watch TTV, film them every time they confront a voter, ask them questions about what they're doing, and follow up with hard questions when they spout their propaganda. It's a game more than one can play.

We are caught between a rock and a hard place in rural TN. We want "poll watchers" because we want to make sure the election workers don't discriminate against voters. We have an id law - and it's wreaking havoc on not just those who don't have ID, but those who do. We have documented cases of people with ID being discriminated against and being asked for more id than is necessary to show. It's a mess in TN - but no one cares because we're not considered a swing state. Well it certainly does matter at the state house level.
