Just so we're clear, Trump is aware of the devastating effects of the storm, he knows millions are and will be struggling, and he's willing to donate $5 million to charity -- but only if President Obama humors him and accommodates Trump's ridiculous conspiracy theory.
Remember, this isn't just some random television personality with a reality show. Donald Trump has made a series of public appearances with Mitt Romney, and the Republican even held a press conference to stand alongside Trump when the conspiracy theorist announced his support for the candidate.
Romney even had Trump record robocalls on behalf of the campaign.

If no one knew any better, it’d appear nothing else even remotely newsworthy happened.But something else did happen. News broke the attacks in Benghazi that led to the death of U.S. Ambassador to Libya Christopher Stephens and three of his staff members on September 11, 2012 were anything but a random, out-of-control protest over some YouTube video.Fox News was the only mainstream media outlet to report last week that CIA operators were denied help during the Benghazi attack. Urgent requests for military back-up were ignored. In addition, a Navy Seal team stationed at the annex a mile from the attacks reported they were twice told to “stand down” when shots were heard that night.Fox reported some soldiers ignored the orders and went to evacuate the consulate anyway. I watched the Alec Wagner show the other day,NOW. It puzzled me how she could get so many idiots in one room. But she managed to make a very good point. I quote: "Today the President is going back to Washington D.C. to ACT like the commander in chief." She did not say to BE the commander in chief.
