Just so we're clear, Trump is aware of the devastating effects of the storm, he knows millions are and will be struggling, and he's willing to donate $5 million to charity -- but only if President Obama humors him and accommodates Trump's ridiculous conspiracy theory.
Remember, this isn't just some random television personality with a reality show. Donald Trump has made a series of public appearances with Mitt Romney, and the Republican even held a press conference to stand alongside Trump when the conspiracy theorist announced his support for the candidate.
Romney even had Trump record robocalls on behalf of the campaign.

What a waste of time! Instead of this ridiculous tweet, he should have donated that money to those affected by Sandy or at least to the Red Cross. That might have made points for him...since that's what he's all about. Enough of this stupidity, I'm going to respond to the President's request and make my own donation to the Red Cross.
