I hope the people are getting what they need, both basics and this supports the torn emotions, which is evident and not without cause.

Prayer is all we can do right now. Our friend, on devastated Fire Island, has still not called. There are still people stranded on that destroyed and flooded barrier island. We saw videos and the destruction is just unthinkable.

Thank God Obama is president, and please, people, try to see the lack of character, the lies, and the real Draconian policies of both Romney and the plan which Ryan will put into effect. For openers, Ryan's plan cuts FEMA by 43% and Romney would like to privatize it. Imagine how it would be if those policies were in effect now. Where would 17 states effected by a superstorm be right now?

Just looking at those pictures proves Barbara Bush wrong again. It wasn't "just those people of poverty" that were affected in NOLA anymore than it is the 47% of moochers in NY, NJ, et al, the teapubs hate so much. The big difference is the man they claimed had only community organization experience did the job that a businessman couldn't.

I am sure Mitt is quite bothered by this storm that so rudely inconvenienced his plans. We leeches unfortunately do not die quietly without leaving a mess behind. We are noisy, at times needy, and perhaps our compassion for those who bleed red, is foreign to you, but guess what. We are here to stay. You are the intruder, the outsider and are wrong. On Wednesday when your ability to do harm is lessened, I will feel sorry for you.

A joke - Rachael says "no man left behind" referring to the storm victims, YET Obama had no problem, knowing, what was going to happen in Bengazi - and he let AMERICANS get killed because this administration DENIED more support. Don't tell me Obama didn't know, because he says his intell wasn't that good, yet he says he knows when Iran will have nuclear capability bacause his intel is so good. The main stream media are no longer independent news people reporting the news. They are now regurgitating whatever the WH tells them to say. Look up Agenda 21. ALSO, the very fact that NJ turned away help, Alabama Power (that was already there and ready to work), using the excuse that others were coming - BS. Alabama was turned away because they were NON-union! Again, this administration has done more to divide this country than to unite it. You all need to live with your own kind in Europe. It's a shame that w/all your education, Rachael that you believe all the crap you are being spoon fed. This administration is pushing "be dependent on govt, since I know best and I want to keep my job."
