So how's the new Laptop working out? Better then the new blog I hope?
LOL, yeah I think I need to zip my D drive with my back up on it because it's 98% full.
D drive? No C drive what kind of thing is it a Netbook?
Silly, I have a C drive, but the back up, you know for when you have to restore the computer? that's on the D drive.
Is D a partition on the C drive? Windows 8? Does it have a cd/dvd burner?
Yes has a burner. Has nothing to do with windows at all, 7 is on this one not 8. I've had a D drive on every computer I've ever owned. They all have them.
I've never had D drive unless I added it. Only C. But D would be the CD/DVD rom drive. No D Hard drive..unless I added it See!
That's weird, all of my computers have had a D drive, even my first one.
Well if you still have the old one you can download a copy of LINUX to see if you can get it working...if you want!
I doubt taht will work. My son said that something is missing, some code that was written by the creator. I think he deleted something a long time ago. He was writing code on there and I think he royally screwed it up.

Does it beep or anything when you try to start it? If not I think the motherboard is shot. But the hard drive is probably still good! And you can get a USB cable to use it for cheap if you want to try?
Maybe at some point, right now I need to get used to this one. I hate windows 7. when I move a window that I have resized (smaller), when I move it out of the way it gets bigger again, and goes back to where it was. UGH! I hate it.
I did plug in my keyboard and got a mouse for it so I wouldn't have to deal with that.
WINDOZ...Once you have had Linux you'll never go back.. REALLY!
LOL, I'd be completely lost X. I'm not good with new technology. The Microsoft works on here is differnt too and I'ts retarded, and I hate it and I want my old version back.

You can run Linux from your CD/DVD rom drive to try it. So you can see how it works! Its easy!

The war in Afghanistan was necessary. The war in Iraq was not. The reason the two wars lasted so long was not because of the "commanders on the ground", it was because Cheney wanted all those "contractors on the ground" to get rich and he succeeded --- at the expense of the tens of thousands who died, including over 6,000 Americans, and hundreds of thousands wounded.
When our country led by Obama decided that enough was enough, the Iraq War ended and the Afghan War will end in 2014.
On Veterans Day, we owe grateful thanks to those who fought for us, and we owe a debt of gratitude to a President who knows you can get peace through a clear and decisive vision.

All kidding aside not all rich are so greedy and want to do their part in economic patriotism! And paying a decent wage is one way to do it. Don't let them fool you into believing its Obama's evil redistribution of wealth. Its something a CEO can do without a tax and would be much better but they have so many running scared! One thing I don't like is the way Ed makes a point of the rich better get ready to pull out their wallets. Its not all the rich that are the problem! As a disabled vet, I want to thank you for who you are and what you do for all of us. I actually plan my day around being able to watch your program. I have a tough time on Sat. and Sun. Football helps, but only a little.

I am not in the service, nor have I EVER been but thanks to Rachel I have been made aware of your organization Friday night and sending a donation to you. I wish it could be more but please accept it and hope it helps. What a tragedy that the VA hsp is w/o power in NY as the other hsps there. Let us all get through this as I sent the Red Cross 15.00 as well. Being on SSD, it is the most I can do on my severely limited income. I have found out about you NOW and the wonderful work you folks do and this is what is what life is all about-HELPING OTHERS in our time of need. SALUTE!!!
