Tonight's guests:
- Adam Eisgrau, former Judiciary Committee counsel to Sen. Dianne Feinstein, helped write the 1994 Assault Weapons Ban
- Jeh Johnson, former Pentagon general counsel in his first American TV interview
And here's executive producer Bill Wolff with a preview of what's in store:

Love to hear Mr. Johnson's take on the Pentagon blocking LGBT websites like AmericaBlog and Towleroad while Coulter and Rush are OK.

Very impressed by Mr. Johnson tonight, Rachel. Thanks for the interview - he was understated but oozed brilliance and integrity. I hope the Supreme Court calls him...
A fact correction from tonight's broadcast: sucking and blowing can be a good thing, too, Rachel. Give me a call if you want to give it a try some time.
Rachel, I just watched your Wednesday night show. You should not have defended Obama and the Democrats, because what they did was wrong. A "permanent" top marginal estate tax rate of 40% is wrong now, a "temporary" rate below 55% was wrong in 2001, and lowering the rate below 77% was wrong in the 1980's. Why? - because low marginal estate tax rates, in combination with low marginal capital gains rates, let the richest 1% acquire a net worth of 20 trillion dollars; most of it at the expense of the rest of us because Reagan's flatter, "fairer" tax rates did not increase the inflation adjusted rate of GDP growth.
Fortunately, there is a simple remedy: - No taxes on estates up to 10 million dollars, rising from there in geometrical progression to a 90% marginal rate over 50 million ( the pre-Reagan rate was 77% over 10 million ). This marginal rate increase would reduce the power of our oligarchs, and raise enough revenue in a generation to eliminate the national debt.
BILL PROMISED ME YOU WOULD ASK ABOUT DRONES!!!!!!!!
What the heck happened? Why no discussion of Drone Strikes? which are totally anti-American CIA claptrap, Illegal, against our constitution, and I CANT TRUST BILL'S PREVIEWS anymore. BUMMER. Total Bummer :C
Here is a live music vid to inspire you to talk more about the controversial subject of robotic killings
