I’d like to encourage more trollery on left wing sites. Specifically pushback on common memes such as identified by Jonah Goldberg as unchallenged cliches. It can actually work, and it can actually change the course of debate.
For instance, I always challenge “the rich take too much of the pie” meme. There is no pie, no one decides who gets what, and the “pie” is a measure of contributions to a total. Ergo the rich don’t take they contribute. It’s been gratifyingly effective.
Try it you’ll like it. Don’t curse and keep the personal insults to a bare minimum, don’t allow moving goal posts or distractions. Ignore trollish responders, and be four times more civil. They hate that.

First of all it's a cartoony, kinda fun, and completely source-less piece of propaganda aimed (no pun intended) at pushing an anti-responsibility agenda.
I know this because it cites no source for its numbers, only a vague "Harvard Study." It doesn't say who did the study, when it was published, or whether these numbers were confirmed or verified.
The trouble with this, Alva, is that if you post unconfirmed sources you will lose all credibility in future in the eyes of whomever sees your stuff. Everyone will remember you as that person that just links anything without checking the veracity.
This is NOT making a point, it is pushing an agenda at best, and disseminating false information at worst.
Clearly, what you need is for someone to have the time or inclination to check your sources for you, and point out how you can avoid looking like a complete and total buffoon shilling for special interest groups. As I have the day off today, I will be your huckleberry.

Lott's lies and deceptions have been showing up a lot in the whole gun debate thing lately, because his numbers support what NRA defenders want to hear. Unfortunately, they are completely falsified at this point, see link above, so if you are going to be posting his stuff, it paints you as either ignorant or deceitful, and therefore a voice to be ignored.

I personally salute the Florida voters who waited for hours to cast their ballots. They defied myriad attempts to suppress the vote beginning with restrictive voter registration rules and ending with hours spent in line to vote. Now we have to beat back attempts in many states, including my own, Virginia, to steal the election in 2016 with electoral college schemes.

I also am interested in your release about PA's legislative proposal to federal gerrymandering so that the R's will always win federal elections, including the presidency.
