the way it read to me is that Gerrymandering is unconstitutional.

I find it incredible that you would suggest that there is sales tax food. Falsified American propaganda suggests that Canadian taxes are high, yet:

• Food in grocery stores is free of sales tax (if you buy a light bulb Scotch Tape or hardware item etc. at a grocery store you pay sales tax on such non food items only)
• Canadians have tax deductions which are double that which American have.
• Most people with taxable income (i.e. AFTER deductions) under $45,000 get tax refunds.
• All lottery winnings (no matter how big or small) are tax free in Canada.

Canadian tax rates - taxable income is AFTER TAX DEDUCTION INCOME (the average Canadian has $20,000 in tax deductions,so the Canadian average income of $63,000 would give taxable income of $43,000)

• 15% on the first $43,561 of taxable income, +
• 22% on the next $43,562 of taxable income (on the portion of taxable income over $43,561 up to $87,123), +
• 26% on the next $47,931 of taxable income (on the portion of taxable income over $87,123 up to $135,054), +
• 29% of taxable income over $135,054.
