I just saw the Sandra Day O'Conner interview and I'm absolutely livid at the way Rachael let O'Conner off the hook on the Bush vs. Gore decision. Whatever respect I had for Raechel has been completely destroyed. Just disgusting.

I agree.

To give such a softball interview to Sandra Day O'Connor-- to fail to hold her to account for her part in the political crime of the century, the judicial coup d'etat of 2000-- amounts to journalistic malpractice.

I am profoundly disappointed.
