I have a question regarding the two disavowed drone strikes in Pakistan, did the military commission the company known as SkyNet to build drones?
What the ..... Are you broadcasting from a bar or a locker room? Is this the new standard in news broadcasting? Feh.

OK folks, help me understand this. Klein acknowledges that American labor's expense is hurting it globally... Then proceeds to recommend more of the same? Does anyone else see a contradiction here?
I think what most people aren't understanding is that most of that corporate profit is made outside the US. The implication is that if Corporations made less, labor would make more. That isn't true. Corporate profits have no effect on how much Americans make. The only point here is redistribution, certainly not fairness.
heres how it works folks. you close factories and fire workers here in the u.s.a. at the same time you start up your asian factories. you have a shadow company on a tax free island. this shadow company, on paper, buys your product, makes a huge profit, and resells to your american selling outlet. but heres one of the catches. the wages start out small but as their economies grow, wages go up because of demand. and usually quality sucks. so you have to make more product just to get enough good ones. and of course as you fire all of these workers the middle class shrinks. and since the middle class spends about 75% of consumer money on goods and services , you have helped to hurt yourself. so now because you are a 'genius' you cut wages and as many of the few remaining people as possible. so of course you have even less customers so you raise prices for the 5th or 6th time. and so the recovery takes forever. sound familiar! the prez is spot on in his push to grow the middle class. people need to look at labels before they buy anything. i know it involves reading but perhaps you people out there could take a refresher course. and i also realize that rachel can't talk about this because the producers don't want to offend the sponsors! so until someone, somewhere, gets the guts to talk about why we are struggling, the real truth that is, things are going to stay lousy.
Chavez may very well have been a Red Sox fan. After all, he was the one responsible for hundreds of New Englanders having heating oil during the winter when Bush decided to let them freeze.
Hugo Chavez struck me as more of a Cubs fan.
Always for the underdog!
