Redistribution homage' for Chavez?
Re: #2
Over the last few days, there have been quite a few articles and web sites with graphs and charts that show wealth disparity.
Even on Morning Joe this morning, Joe - yes Joe! - was agreeing with the opinions about how the record DOW and record corporate profits have done little to help "Main Street".
So just ... go learn what the facts are and ... wake UP!!!!
And even Morning Joe is correct. So what? Most corporate profits are made overseas... you know, where they shipped the jobs? As long as American labor is considered overpriced, it's just going to continue.
I think it has more to do with learning lessons from the R. If you go in asking for exactly what you want, R's will derail it (see most of the Obama administration's proposed legislation). So you ask for more, knowing that the opposing team will be able to go to their constituents bragging about how they "knocked down" the extreme "redistribution" (HA! minimum wage would have to be raised to $2,500/hr to do that! *snark), then everyone is happy. Democrats have just learned to play by the rules R's made up. Now the R's are gonna act all mad and change the rules?? Color me surprised.
The evidence of voter fraud in Florida points at Republicans?
Why am I not surprised?
Republicans can now say, "Look what we got away with!! That's why we need to restrict voter registration and have Voter ID laws!!"
Following the link, I found this statement:
That was the argument made in defense of ACORN. Are the Republicans now going to hound Strategic Allied out of existence and even continue after it is gone?
Gosh ... doesn't this sound suspiciously like what a very few employees of ACORN did? And we ALL know what the GOTP did to ACORN. Wonder when they'll push to have these companies destroyed like they destroyed ACORN.
What gets me is the the Florida Republican party calling this actual voter fraud "a tempest in a teapot" when their party have been making a tempest in a teapot all over the country with their false accusations of Democrat voter fraud and pushing for voter ID laws. Chutzpah!
Please, oh please, do not encourage the Weather Channel's efforts to name winter storms. Let the hurricane people do it... not TV channels trying to hype severe weather!
Perhaps they should show him a lineup of Republican Party employees.
Rachel's latest posts are no longer appearing on my FB news feed. Same with a couple of PNW pals. Anyone else having that problem?
I get the post through the RSS Feed so I don't know if I am missing them on FB or not. However, this is not a problem that is unique to you or to TRMS. The most jaded (or perhaps realistic) among us say it's an effort by FB to extort money from Pages (which are suppose to be businesses/organizations). There's probably truth in that, but they also offer a new feature so that the fan doesn't have to miss anything. So it seems like a situation of FB saying, if they come to you, so be it, but if you want us to put you in their face everytime, pony up the benjamins.
Follow these instructions to assure you get notification everytime TRMS posts.
